| Company operated 35 miles of track out of Dallas, OR.,
btwn. 1896-1948; Black Rock was the end of the line, and junction with
the Southern Pacific. The line ran along the Little Luckiamute River,
used 60 lb. rail, and had numerous bridges; the largest being a 114 ft.
high and 540 feet long pile trestle. They utilized SP rolling stock. |

done to her rear truck; at Black Rock, OR, in 1927
Built in 1896
for Port Blakely Mill Co.
She was purchased from Nevada County Narrow Gauge (standard gauge
operations) in 1914. Scrapped in 1930. She was the first 45-ton
locomotive built by Heisler.
